Welcome to a state-of-the-art solution designed to revolutionize building security and elevator safety. As the creator of this intuitive and efficient user experience, I worked with a team of electrical and software engineers to deliver a seamless and reliable system.

Using Adobe XD, I meticulously crafted a visually stunning user interface that prioritizes ease of use and enhances user engagement. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, every element of the interface was carefully designed to meet the unique needs of building security and elevator management.

The interface was then implemented with QML and JavaScript, seamlessly integrating design elements with the application’s functionality. While keeping the UI separate from the C++ backend, I ensured robust performance and reliability, guaranteeing a smooth user experience on the 12" touchscreen running Linux.

This application is specifically tailored for installation in the security center of a building or group of buildings. It provides building employees with a comprehensive set of tools to visually inspect elevators, communicate with passengers, and respond to emergencies in real-time.

Key features include the ability to initiate communications with passengers using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) audio and text messages. Passengers can also initiate communications using the emergency call button and respond using intuitive options like pressing the door open for “Yes” or door close for “No.” Each elevator is equipped with a camera, phone, and display for text messages, ensuring seamless communication.

Moreover, this system is designed to comply with Elevator and Escalator Code, 2019 (ASME A17.1, 2019), ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Experience the future of building security and elevator management with this innovative UX/UI design, meticulously crafted to meet the evolving needs of modern buildings and their occupants.
