User Interface for Touchless Elevator Destination Selection
Using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD, I designed a visually stunning user interface that prioritizes Human Centered Design (HCD) user experience. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, every element of the interface was meticulously crafted to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
The interface was then translated into code using QML and JavaScript seamlessly integrating design elements with the application’s C++ backend. Through careful attention to detail and user feedback, I optimized the interface for efficiency and ease of navigation, ensuring a seamless user experience across different platforms and devices.
The application is available on both the iOS App Store and Google Play, offering a consistent experience to elevator passengers regardless of their preferred mobile platform. Designed to facilitate contactless elevator calling, the application allows users to place elevator calls without physical contact with the buttons in the elevator. More information is available on the product website.
Additionally, the app offers features such as the ability to save frequent destinations, enhancing convenience for users. It also includes interfaces for placing up or down calls in the hallways, ensuring a comprehensive solution for elevator navigation.
Whether it’s enhancing workflow efficiency or improving user engagement, my UX/UI design ensures that the application delivers a superior user experience that exceeds expectations.
